We operate the website jamiemartincoaching.com and provide executive coaching services.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. OUR SERVICES
Jamie Martin Coaching provides executive coaching services for professional development purposes only. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or legal or financial advice. If you need mental health support or legal or financial guidance, please seek a licensed professional.
Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Jamie Martin LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
Coaching services are invoiced through QuickBooks. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or other methods as specified on your invoice. All fees are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
4. REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a coaching engagement has begun.
5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
When using our website you agree not to:

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in DuPage County, Illinois.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We prefer to resolve any disputes informally. Please contact us at hello@jamiemartincoaching.com before pursuing any formal action. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in DuPage County, Illinois.
