Discovery call scheduling: When you book a call through our scheduling link, we collect your name, email address, and any information you provide in the booking form.
Newsletter subscription: When you subscribe to our Substack newsletter at jamiemartincoaching.substack.com, your email address is collected and managed by Substack. You can review Substack’s privacy policy at substack.com/privacy.
We do not collect payment information directly. Invoices are issued through QuickBooks and payments are handled outside of this website.

We process your information to:
Respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
Send you our newsletter if you have subscribed.
Communicate with you about our coaching services.
3. DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not receive information from third parties.
Your newsletter subscription data is managed by Substack under their own privacy policy.
4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice or as required by law.
